|  Device 8900 javelin doesn't unlocking
Please Login to Remove! Hi,
I have a javelin 8900 handheld. The device lock after few mintues, when i try to unlock the device its doesn't prompt any text i-e press * or press call green button to unlock. Its doesn't prompt any password for unlocking. The device simply prompt that "press lock button to unlock the device" but i am unable to see any lock button on the keypad.
please guide me how i am unlocking that device.
