I have had my Curve since July 4 and this happened today for the first time. I had a Pearl before I exchanged it for this phone. It developed software problems that began with this very issue. Eventually the AT&T personnel told me that there was no one in the state who could fix my Pearl and I had to "upgrade" to something else. I did so with reservations as I loved the Pearl. Now I think they took advantage of a nontechie who couldn't fix her own issue with the Pearl. I'm concerned that the Curve will end up in the same situation and I couldn't begin to figure out how to reload the OS or anything else of that sort.
Has anyone else experienced this with the Curve and fixed it? The Pearl?
