Default Send option is missing on the Blackberry (8310)

Please Login to Remove!

When trying to reply for message send option is missing on the Blackberry (8310)
After resending service book from BES everything works fine till I start synchronizing my BB with my desktop manger software.
After synchronization completed with Desktop Manager software, send option missing again.

Here is list of things I have done so far:

Deleted service book from handheld and Resend service book from BES.
Tried to wipe handheld and reactive it.
I reinstalled Desktop Manager software.
I reinstalled Blackberry device software.
Still having same issue.

If anyone has any idea please let me know

Welcome to the forums.

Why do you sync with DM if you're on BES?
