Default Error Backing Up Files

Please Login to Remove!

When I open DM (4.7) the automatic backup works fine.

When I go to do a manual backup I get "Error backing up database(s)"

I have tried with Mass storage on and off. I have cleared my browser cache.

I was getting the message right after the "Time Zones" backed up. Now I am getting it at MMS Options.

I am clueless and out of things to try? Suggestions?

Hhmm. If you have a good full backup I'd wipe the device, must be a corrupt database.. Or if you want to spend the time, try a difference version of the desktop manager. I've not had a problem with 4.5 with my manual backup.

You could also go into "Advanced" and backup each individual database and clear w/e doesn't sync.

This might be worth a shot. Options -> Security Options -> KeyStore turn off the KeyStore Backup/Restore.

I have never had any kind of problem before...I decided to go ahead and update the OS to .124.

I figured now was as good a time as any

If I have any problems backing up with the new OS - I will definitely try your suggestions.

Just perplexing as hell...

Thanks!
