BB: 7250 - Verizon
I am trying to install eworks from dynoplex (www.dynoplex.com
The application installs but can not be loaded to BB through "App Loader." Customer support tells me to go to Desktop Manager->Help->About->Device Software - when I do this - the tab is empty.
They tell me to go to Verzion and download the device software from there.
My BB works fine - loads apps (except this one) fine - can anyone speculate as to why they want me to load my device software again?
Are there any issues with doing this - i.e. the other apps I have installed?
