Default Ultra Brite and minty fresh!

I posted a question about how to rub out light scratches. I finally broke down and tried Ultra Brite white toothpaste and a soft cloth. You know what? It worked! The scratches are gone and it's smooth and shiny. Even smells better I'm not saying this will work for everyone or that you would be as pleased as I am but it looks much better than it did. I feel like I got a new phone.

Someone else tried it and it seemed to work for them. I figured my screen was already scratched so what did I have to lose? It looks great. I can't wait to see how it does for its 6 month check-up

Now buy some replaceable screen guards for that newly polished screen. Think of it as a preventive flouride treatment.

Where will I find some good screen guards? I think it's good advice.

Check out this prior thread, it mentions several brands of adhesive screen protectors as well as other items -- http://www.blackberryforums.com/showthread.php?t=17764

Some are probably better than others. In general, they don't distort (at least the ones I use don't), are tough, and if you do scratch the guard, you just pull it off and affix a new one.

I carry my BB in my pocket, and have no need for the Ultra Brite treatment.

What I would do for screen guards is pick up some inexpensive Palm screen protectors. I use Fellowes brand that cost me $14 for a 10-pack. Just cut them down to size using an exacto.
