My first post here. Glad to find you all.

My question has to do with locating contacts. In general, in Outlook, I assign contacts to Categories. With the bb address book, the only way that I know to find a contact is to hit "Filter" and then select the correct category.

IF I have entered a new address into the bb Adress Book but have failed to assign it to a category, I have trouble locating it.

Turn all the filters off (ie uncheck ALL the boxes) to locate entries with no category.

Turn off all the filters and then type the first few letters of the first or last name. They pop right up.
