cant upload pictures straight to website do i need to install anything to my smartphone

We will need a little more information to help you out...how are attempting to upload pics to a wensite from your device?

i visit the website click on upload file i search for pic on found then its says i cant upload

So you are trying to save a pic that you have found on a website using your BlackBerry browser? Not from a PC?

took a picture using my phone saved in memory but cant upload from gallery to website

Ah gotcha..

You will need to move it to your PC and add it the website from there, to the best of my knowledge.

You might need an FTP Client like this: BlackBerry FTP client by BEIKS - BeFTP free download
There are others for the BlackBerry too. Just google "BlackBerry FTP".

What website are you trying to upload to? Some websites like Facebook and Twitter allow you to email the pic to your own account and it will upload that way. Some allow you to send an mms to your user account and upload that way.

Or, just email it to yourself and grab your emails from a pc, save to the pc, then upload from there.
