Default Blackberry and Flash Player

Please Login to Remove!

Are there plans for there to be a blackberry flash player version so that more websites i.e. hulu. etc. will work on your blackberry.

It's "in the works", but there is no firm date for it. It's been rumored for a year almost but all I hear is "any day nowxxx8482;". BlackBerry's prime focus has always been business so there hasn't been a strong demand for flash. Until recently, that is. RIM has pushed into the consumer/prosumer space only in the last couple of years so Flash has not been a priority until now.

From what I've read, Flash doesn't play well with Java, and since Java is the base of the BB OS, Adobe has said it might be quite some time before they develop a workable product for the bb.
