I did a search and didn't find anything relevant, so here goes....

When entering the PIM settings area and highlighting a PIM resources (address book for example) I only observe that ACII file, Lotus Organizer and one other item are present as selectable entries.

I am accustomed to observing perhaps two-dozen entries, but the only one I want is Outlook.

Notes:
- Using Desktop Manager 4.0
- A Blackberry 957, with version 2.6 handheld apps
- Outlook 2003 connecting to Exchange 2000
- Windows XPSP2, no firewall present

Thoughts??

Send/Receiving email is OK, right ?
I having the same issue before. BES version 3 with version 4 handheld that I had. I am starting the BES 4. Hope it works

The unit does appear to be able to send/receive email.

I have seen this before and found that it was caused by multiple versions of Outlook being installed, or if the default email client is set for Hotmail or something.

I am have the PC reimaged.
