Hey everyone, I'm thinking of moving from a VX8100 on Verizon to the BB 7100i on Nextel. I'm a former Treo user and wanna know what y'all think of it. Also, has anyone used it without a data plan? I'm wondering if theres any background data transferred even if I don't configure the "Push" e-mail. I don't wanna be suprised with a huge bill! I'm looking to add the BB Untl'd Plan in a few months, but for now I'm only interested in syncing with my computer.

why not stick with vzw and wait for the 7130e to come out - should only be a couple weeks before it is available....

I'm looking to switch over for their Direct Connect feature, and the fact that the BlackBerrys for Nextel seem to be cheaper than those for Verizon.
