Question Question Reguarding Blackberry Messenger

When it is just sitting idle, no conversations are open and your not actually in the program. Does it eat up your data plan? If so, is there anyway to turn it off so that this does not happen?

If you have unlimited bb plan you wouldnt have to worry, But when you back out of it and it has conversations listed it does go toward your data, you should be able to click in and end all or exit... if the list is just there it doesnt charge you, but if someone is still sending to you, it does go toward data usage.
