Default Copy and Paste trouble, help!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Everyone!

I run a small business and send an informational email to clients as a first form of contact when they request additional info from the website.

I can do this no problem on the computer by copying and pasting and changing the names and dates in a few places. I'd like to be able to do this on the road with my Curve but am having trouble.

The Copy and paste function on my Curve ruins the formatting of the original email. Links gone, spacing between paragraphs gone, font changed... Everything is lumped into one giant ugly paragraph, not good.

Forwarding a saved message doesn't work either, Blackberry won't allow me to edit a forwarded message. Why I don't know.

Any ideas? I'm having trouble accepting that my "King of email" Blackberry is making this so difficult.

The BlackBerry can only compose email in plain text format.
You're looking to send a rich text formatted message, and that's simply not going to happen from the device.
Sorry.
