Default Extra Calander Items on BlackBerry/BES/GroupWise

Please Login to Remove!

Here is my setup

BES 4.1.6 MR3 for GroupWise
GroupWise 7.0.3 HP2
BlackBerry 8830 running 4.5 OS

I have 2 phones that have appointments on their calander that were deleted in GroupWise client but still reside on the phone. I can create appointments on the phone and they will show up in GroupWise client very fast. Same goes if I delete them on the phone.

Any idea what is causing the problem and is there a way to FORCE a sync from GroupWise calendar to the phone so it gets rid of the extra appointments on the phone? I have searched and searched BES Manager settings and these forums but have not seen anyhing. Also I do have Desktop Manager 4.7 but I am not sync in it (nor has it ever sync).
