4.5 upgrade delete file options not working
 

Just upgraded to 4.5 and chose the "prompt" key in the email options for deleted emails, but I only get two options, delete and cancel. I thought this would allow me to choose to delete from mailbox or handheld. Anyone else having this problem?

If you send yourself a new email, what options show when you try to delete it?

These are brand new messages. I only show two options Delete and Cancel. I have two mailboxeson my Blackberry..I have changed to "prompt" in both of the email boxes. I have also turned on and off my blackberry, in case it needed to be reset. Can I ask, when you chhose prompt on your phone, do you get an option to delete on handheld or delete mailbox? Perhaps the download corrupted, and I need to reinstall 4.5.

turning off and turning on the BB does not "reset it" you need to pull the battery out and put it back
try it and see what happens.

Inside your Messages Icon, hit the menu key go to options then go into Email Reconcilation.. Make sure you set "Prompt" for all your Message Services.. then try a battery pull.
