Let me start by saying that I dont work for have stock in or am related to any in this company.
I purchased a few SILICRYLIC cases (about 15 of them for the whole office)
We had issues with 2 of them just happened to be mine and one other. The issue was the tightness of the case pushing the lower volume button causing the keyboard and a few other functions to not work properly.
I called today and spoke with Jenna who is their customer service person. It was by far the best customer service I have ever had from any company. She offered to help me out immediately and sort out the problem right away, did not put me on hold or transfer me just took care of my issue and helped me out.
It seems they are a local company here in Socal and its rare to find people that will stand by their product as they do.
