Cool Best Spam Email Software

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have a 9000 Bold and three email accounts for various things that I do ... I subsequently get a LOT of SPAM.

I hate SPAM ... do these idiots really think we're going to click on their links and give them money?

If you're a SPAM generator reading this message ... just stop OK? Find something better to do with your time ... like go play with your kids or something ... and take your @#$%^& SPAM with you.

Anyway, I've tried Antair ... some things about it aren't great ... are there any other options for a simple 'set and forget' filtering of SPAM on a Blackberry Bold?

Cheers,

darrenpowell

Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

Best way is to filter the spam through your regular email acct before it gets to handheld. Hopefully, one of those accts is NOT your actually BB carrier address.

Agreed. Filter the spam at the server level.

There really is no other way. Becuase it is so easy to filter at the server level there are not many options to do it differently.

No SPAM filters that I am aware of for the BB itself. As said above, it has to be done on the server side of things. Which account is getting it?

I assume you are using a Storm, not a 9430. I didnt understand what your link had to do with the topic.

...or even before it gets to your mailserver if a service like that works for your situation. I've used MXLogic's Defender for several years now and it does an excellent job.
