Smile Blackberry sending appointment Responses regardless of "Request Responses" in Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Guys,

Wondering if anyone has come across this issue, or had to find a work around. I have a PA that sends regular meeting requests to blackberry users. To stop her inbox from getting spammed, and while these meetings are optional for the users she deselects the outlook option of "Request Responses" located under the Actions menu when creating a meeting request (See Image). The issue is that while this works in outlook world and she doesnt get responses... users that accept the meeting request with there blackberry do send responses (Spamming her inbox). Is this a bug, a compatibility issue ? Any Fixes?

Thanks in advance.

Brent
