Multiple E-mail Accounts... Getting duplicate e-mails

Hello.

So I currently have 2 email accounts (hotmail and school), and I just decided to try out Gmail (I mainly use Gmail to sync with Hotmail and School so that I don't have to use multiple e-mail accounts... plus I really like the archive feature). I really like Gmail and I want to continue using it, but I still need to be able to send emails from my hotmail and school e-mail.

So with that said, my BB syncs with all 3 e-mail accounts, so obviously I'm getting 2 e-mails everytime (1 from the original account, and 1 when Gmail syncs with the original account). Is there a way to stop duplicate e-mails from being received? Any ideas?

Thanks!

Stop Gmail from syncing with the other account.
Or, set up a filter to not forward the email that comes from the other account (for example: dont forward mail addressed to \"[email-this would prevent the mail in your GMAIL from going to the BB)

Thanks, but I forgot to mention that I don't have a BB e-mail. Nothing is being forwarded to anything else... It's just syncing/push.

Also, I'd rather not stop Gmail from syncing b/c that's the whole reason I started using it, to look at 1 account for e-mail rather than 2.

In short, I still need to be able to send e-mails from the 3 different accounts, but I'm just tired of duplicate e-mails. Any other options?
