hi, i appreciate alot of people on here will be in the US but i have a problem using my unlocked Storm on T-mobile UK. I have the blackberry data plan and receive email alerts fine from my gmail account set up through the blackberry email program but the blackberry browser will not connect to the internet. my services status says i am connected to the BIS, it says mobile network under the blackberry internet service heading on service status, but all i get is a message saying unable to connect to network, please try again later. I have all the service books and settings to make it work as far as i know and t-mobile have been unable to find a solution either. Anyone got any ideas???

what browser is it set to?
in the bold to find out its options-advanced-browser.
should be same/similiar on storm.

its possible its set to hotspot which will only use wi-fi.

thanks for your help, its all been sorted by t-mobile now, seems i had a problem with my account and they reset it (again!) and sent the service books (again!) and it all works now.
