Unhappy auto open stopped working

Please Login to Remove!

Very strange issue, all the sudden auto open stopped working on my 7250. When I get an email it alerts, but when I un-holster the device it remains at the main menu. sometimes it will open the phone app.

Based on what I have read, there doesn't seem to be a way to control auto open, so I wonder what is happening.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try popping the battery out then back in. That will do a hardware reboot with no loss of data.

Sorry for pointing out the obvious but are you unholstering it within 20 or 30 seconds from alert, If you wait longer it simply wont auto open.
