I am using a memory card, and i have it cleared off, and i still cannot save pictures anymore. i changed the limit for pictures in the media options, and i dont have any extra programs on my phone. the counter is at 0, and i need to know how to reset that so i can start over. i have 3 pictures saved on the phone itself.

By "Counter" do you mean that you are at "0" on memory? If so pull your battery and check again.

To use your Media Card hit menu>Options>Media Card>menu>Format now. Then go into the camera and press Menu>Options>Store Pictures>ON MEDIA CARD.
