Default Company access and forwarding of BBM conversations

If an IT person or manager was able to access their own BBM conversations from the server (BES or whatever is used) could they then forward those messages or retrieve them from the server? I know that its possible for them to read them, but are they still in a format that can be brought back into the blackberry messenger application on a device? Is there any other way that a conversation can be sent to another BBM user with the timestamps and all included?

Thanks!

No, they cannot re-send them to BB Messenger. They're in log form, not message form. They could copy/paste them into an email and send them that way but not through BB Messenger.

If one of two people ended a conversation they were having but the other did not, could they refresh the conversation for the other person if it resumed? Or, is it possible to save the conversation in a file format such that it can be sent and opened by another BBM user?
