Default Am I missing a setting for +1 on contacts

Please Login to Remove!

I had a user contact me today that said all of her contacts that had a 1 at the beginning weren't resolving to incoming calls so an incoming call of
8005551212 would show as 8005551212 if the contact was 18005551212 but if it was 8005551212 it would say Bob Smith.

The only solution that I was able to come up with was edit the 1 from all her contacts and it seemed to work but was tedious. I couldn't seem to come up with a search string to find info on this if there was an easier way around it.

Check your SmartDialing options in the Phone/Options menu. Look at the first option, for country code. That might help.
