blackberry synch issue

When I try to synch my curve bb with desktop manager 4.6, I keep getting a pop-up window

"ApploaderWebSL-Upgrade.msi"

please look at attachment.

I have reinstalled desktop manager and deleted it from the registry.

help

What OS is on your computer?

What are you syncing with?

have you tried using Desktop Manager 4.5/4.7, their is really no difference between the 3.
