Default Hide external messages from Email view

Hi there,

I have just created a new policy on our BES to allow users to send and receive emails from their external (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) email accounts as well as from their Exchange email account.

Once added to this policy a new icon appears on the Blackberry for each external email address added, however, the emails also appear in the main Emails folder, this is becoming cluttered as a result and I would like to set it so that it only shows emails from the Exchange account. Does anyone know of a way to do this?

I'm somewhat new to this forum so please let me know if further information is required.

Many thanks,
Chris

Welcome to the forums.

You can look into a third party application such as Empower BES Mailbox

Or you can look here:
