hi i want to know how to change the voice mail number, so that way i can listen my messsages, because i bought a phone from verizon unlocked but i have a t-mobile service, the phone came with somebody else number i think it is connect to the voice mail and i can't listen my messages, when i press #1 it came out somebody else voice. please help me to solve this problem

You might have too connect Verizon and have them reset the phone if you bought it from them they should reset it

Phone/Options/Voicemail. Enter your ten digit phone number and save.

On my Verizon account in San Diego the code for calling voicemail is *86.
