Can you un-activate a blackberry from a BES Server. One of my users is leaving the company and wants his phone back normal. I know i can delete him from the server, but is there a way to revert his phone back without wiping it??

Send the Default IT Policy (assuming you have not made any restrictive changes to it) to device. Make sure it's applied successfully.

Delete the user account from BES.

That's about as far as your responsibility goes if you're not interested in wiping any company info off the device.
