We had a person that moved from one organization to another. We had a backup of his Storm done before he left, then we wiped the Blackberry restore it, then activated it on the new BES server. The Speed Dial list did not get restored.

Did the desktop manager backup actually back up the speed dial list, or not?

When looking at the items it wants to restore, I do not see something like speed dial list, so I am not even sure it is in the backup file.

Anyone know?

I have a similar problem: ungraded os in my Bold: where is the speed dial list in the backup file? I would like to restore that and only my contacts instead of all the backup.

What is the name of the speed dial list in the DM backup listing???

I am pretty sure the database name for speed dials is Quick Contacts.
