8310 problem forwarding saved e-mails

My 8310 has a problem with forwarding some of my e-mails, not all of them though! A message comes up saying Unlisted message error. Please can anyone shed some light on this as I need these mails to be printed urgently as I've just been laid off. I thank you in advance. GT2009:cry:
