address book issue

I have just received a new blackberry 8310 and am finding when I receive a call it does not translate the number from my address book

When I go into my call log it then has the translated name

Anyone got any ideas

Open the Phone Dialer, click the menu key and select Options.
Scroll down to Smart Dialing, select it, and make sure that the Country Code is set to +44
