I am using the BB in Hong Kong, I have just purchase BB7230 from the yahoo...it should be from T-moble, I can use the 3HK sim card and can use the voice services, but I received "DATA CONNECTION REFUSED"! I have already subscribed the BB Data Plan......they have even try my SIM on the other BB....it works! Can anyone advice what'swrong with my BB?

Is the device new or used? If it's used it may be a case of the PIN and IMEI of the device haven't been deactivated from the previous user.

um....I have asked 3HK before I join their plan, they tell me that the PIN is ok.....I have already try many ways to upgrade to the v4.02 and sucess, but still data connection refused.....any other reasons? Is there ways I can solve it? (still paying the data plan but cannot use.....)

Try deleting your service books and then resend them.

Just a wild guess: someone reported this blackberry lost or stolen, T-Mobile told RIM to turn device off, which RIM did.

To fix that, you may have to contact T-Mobile and find out what do they know about your blackberry and if they can tell RIM to enable it again.

I have e-mail to ask T-mobile, but still not reply from them for 2days....but I even can't accept services book as no "GPRS" only "gprs", really feel fustrate...
