Emails won't come through anymore
Hi all, purchased my 8300 series blackberry in February. Initial set up was fine, no problems recieving emails. Within the last week however, my emails have stopped coming through. Nothing new was done to the phone.....no upgrades, service plan changes, etc. In other words, same service as when I bought the phone. What could have caused this sudden stop in recieving emails? It is an internet based email account, yahoo if that info helps. Thanks all!

Have you tried a battery pull?

Wow, nice on the quick response. I did a full shutdown reboot first. Nothing. Then I did a shutdown, battery pull.....battery insert and restart. No luck! Also tried re-registering my email account through set up wizard. told me account already exists. Flaberghasted!!!!
When you do a battery pull, keep the device powered on.

Create a username and password, the login to BIS website, then click resend service books.
