Unhappy Desktop Manager Deletes Apps

Please Login to Remove!

Whenever upgrade my handheld OS or intal a new app via the DeskTop Manager the DM helpfully deletes Word to Go Premium, Sheet to Go Premium and Slideshow to Go Premium. It does not however delete PDF to Go.

These apps were installed OTA. Is there anyway to make DM behave!

I have had this problem in the past but I can't remeber how I got around it.

Any advice appreciated!

Delete the documentstogo.alx file from your PC before upgrading.
It's in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\{os version}\ folder.

I've had this in the past, and I wound up un-installing and re-installing the DM which fixed it for me. Good luck!

That won't help in this case.
