Total Noob here but willing to try, just need a little guidance.

Can someone tell me how this OTA works, is there software I have to install first on my desktop then my blackberry or can I download direct from my phone the OTA app?

Once I have it installed can I only d/l apps via Wifi or can I do it over my wireless, I have the Nextel 8350i.

Is there a FAQ regarding OTA?

OTA means Over The Air, basically means you can either install applications directly from the browser or if you are on BES your contacts, calendar and some other stuff will sync without plugging your blackberry to your computer.
There's no application called OTA or something like that

You need a BB data plan for most of the BB OTA functions/downloads however.
