Default 2 email accounts on 1 Blackberry

I have a client that is using her BB with BES to access her exchange email. She also has another email account (exchange) setup using BIS (OWA) She says that all emails going to the 2nd account show up in the first mailbox and its own mailbox on the BB. Does this make sense and is there a way to set this up so that doesn't happen?

the icon MESSAGES collects ALL email. and is the specific folder for a BES conected email.
the BIS email has its own folder, but the MESSAGES icon will collect it too.

I believe there is a setting on the BES that can be changed to create a mailbox just for BES, so that you can seperate them out and hide the MESSAGES icon; though you would have to search here to find out about it.
