I just noticed in my Profiles which is set to normal, Before i click on Noarmal ( Active ) down lower where its says Use Active Profiles Except For:
Important Calls
Calls From, Well Both are checked marked and the bottom one has my friend in there Calls from her name, i never added that or put a checkmark there?
What does this mean? im lost on this..

Did you add a custom ringtone to this user by updating the ringtone in the address book applet? The profiles section is where that is actually done... but if you modify ringtones via the address book (contacts), the BB OS will do the setup in profiles "under the covers"...

Yes from address book, So will it play the ringtone that i chose? I had eddie money one and when she called me it didnt play just the default ringer, but when i added it through desktop manager i test played in there and it worked, so when i went into my cell then to ringtones clicked on it to play got a message saying not supported which is odd its a MP3 and i have 2 others in there that are Mp3 and they work fine. So i put another default ringer on hers till i can find another ringer, so hopefully it will play the one i chose for now?

Opps, so anytime i change a ringtone or picture ID in contacts area that persons name will show up in profiles section with there name and a check mark next to it correct?

it wont affect pic ID, that has nothing to do with profile.
But if you add a custom ringtone to a contact, it will add an exception in the profile so that it will play the custom ringtone not the default
the custom ringtone is an exception

The custom ringtone is just one type of profile exception.
