Exclamation Blackberry Redirector stopped working

Please Login to Remove!

I have been using the bb redirector for years now to push my company emails to my bb. I bought my own bb so i do not want to go on the BES and get all locked down. it has been very reliable up until Sat, it is stuck in the VERIFYING FORWARDING ADDRESS status and nothing seems to get it unstuck....and ideas or any other software that will push my company emails to my bb??

Is BIS not an option for you?
Can you access your Exchange mailbox using Outlook Web Access?

I have all my gmail and personal account being sent via BIS, but my work is a bit more secure. I can access is via OWA but it requires my secureID keyfob to log in.

Oh, OK.
Wish I could help ya. I don't know anything about Redirector and avoid it like the plague.

If you're in a secure environment... which it sounds like you are... perhaps your network/messaging admins are preventing its use now.

Try connecting to desktop and manually generating a new encryption key. Also, you may try deleting the [Desktop]xxx service books, then menu>options>Advanced>Host Routing Tables>Menu>Register now.
