Unhappy Help!!!

First thing I need to explain is what and how I use my Blackberry

I have a Blackberry 8320 Curve with v4.5.0.81 (platform 2.7.0.78) and my carrier is T-Mobile.

I work as a freelance audio tech and my blackberry is very important to me for what it is used for.

When I get a call I put in my Blackberry, not Outlook, the appointment with an open ended time of 10 hours for a job. Now the job may not go for 10 hours so I adjust the time. say I get a call for Tuesday next week so I go to Tuesday and they say be there at 8am so I put in 8 am with a 10 hour day.

I also enter any new contact in my blackberry as I get them.

I NEVER ENTER ANYTHING INTO OUTLOOK FIRST. NEVER!!!! the reason being is that was the way I used to resolve the conflicts with outlook and my blackberry with the setting the "device always wins". That was with the old desktop manager.

I recently updated my desktop manager to Version 4.6.0.14 (July 4 2008) as it is now.

Some new things have been happening that has made me cancel the the synchronization.

I like the new way of handling conflict where it asks you to select the the fields you want to go with. But, why is there even a conflict when nothing has changed anyway? Something is changing Outlook? because I never do I change the blackberry.

OK well back on topic the major issue I'm having is when I'm done resolving the conflicts is goes to the next screen which states the changes to be made. Confirm changes to Address Book, from device to address book 98 changes? I haven't added that many new contacts. I cant tell from the details what exactly it wants to change. some of the things it wants to add to my blackberry I don't want on it like email addresses for my utility companies. So Reject sync!!! I'm not going to spend the hours it will take trying to track the changes it made I don't want and change them back just to add 3 new contacts.

Next category is the big one the Calendar. I do my billing off of Outlook because it is so much easier to do it that way. All the info is right there in on the calendar even the little notes I make like, no lunch break, or bill for extra mic.
However, now all of a sudden it wants to change the record of a job I did in April with the information in Outlook! Remember I NEVER enter anything into Outlook and I want the device to ALWAYS win when there is a conflict. Why is it wanting to change my device? And why does it want to delete things from my Calendar and Device. These are my billing records I CANNOT have them deleted.

Why is it trying to add things to my blackberry that should already be there? It says now that it wants to add 20 jobs to my device that should already be on there, after all the device is where the information came from anyway. And why is it trying to make changes to jobs that where already synchronized before and I have not changed.

Proposed solution to the synchronizer. allow us to edit the details and put a check mark box next to the operation to except that change. As it is now its all or nothing. I don't like that and am forced back to entering in everything manually which for me I really don't have the time for.

Can anyone help me? Is there something I'm missing in the settings of the synchronizer that I should set
