Default Multiple user (send using) gone....

I have multiple users on my BB (hotmail, gmail, ymail) Yesterday, my new company set me up on their BES server. Now, when creating an email, the "send using" option for choosing what email to send from is gone.

Can you help me get this back?

Welcome to the forums.

I would start with a battery pull. If that doesn't work, I would suggest resending service books.

Could your company have pushed a policy disabling it when you joined the BES?

I would suspect an IT policy disallowing the service....
check with your BES admin.

Yup, that's one of the first things that gets restricted when you go on the corporate BES - personal email.
