Default Web Page access - unique identifier?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a question about the Blackberry Browser and the internet.
We use an html page to access our local records management system. When accessing the system , it checks the I.P. address of the user, and checks to see if it is within our network. If not, a user name and password is required. The I.P. address of the remote computer is allowed into the system for a short time.
The problem with the Blackberry Browser is DHCP. The I.P. address changes on almost every "click."
So, my question to the group is this: Does the Blackberry Browser transmit a unique identifier (maybe the PIN?) with its data? With the old service, the Palm devices transmitted a Palm Identifier, which we were able to enter in the security table.

Any help is much appreciated, and have a great Thanksgiving.
