Please Login to Remove!

I just got a blackberry pearl 8100. I don't have any data plans or anything like that on it. I was wondering how do I get media on my 8100, I see I have to download desktop manager or whatever but when I try it is asking me to select a product and I dnt know what to do? Some Help would be real great...

Plug it into your PC and enable Mass Storage mode in options and drag and drop your media onto the card.

Did you enable mass storage mode on your BB. Then you can use it just like an external drive.

I have no problems with detecting my BB on a vista pc. or vista laptop running 2 different bit versions.
uninstall desktop manager.
reboot the pc
reinstall
reboot the pc
then try.

only thing i can suggest.
