I know this has probally been answered but i can't find it.
What type of costs are associated with this??
Is it regular Data or International Data

It depends if you're roaming or not.

If both parties are in their home country... then it's regular data.
If one/both is roaming... then probably international data.

International Data and Roaming are based on the intiating system "closest to you"-so yes, as log as you are both in your home country, it's regular data.

I use bbm in Paris & London everyday and never got charged anything but we're all "home".

If you are not roaming, you can send PIN messages or BBM messages to anyone, anywhere, over normal data.

if you are in your home area then you will not be charged, if you have a data plan that works international then it will be included and not cost more. my father has a bb in thiland and we message eachother all day long and dont get charged a dime, bbm in always included in data plan.
