Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

Are they pushed apps? Can you provide more info? How is your memory?

I think akosnitzky meant device memory, not media card. Apps are not stored on the media card, they are installed to device memory.

Go to Options>Status > and post your file free.

Also, can you post the specific apps that you are losing?

i cant do any of that. none of the applications are shown. so anything that you get with the phone is gone. none of the icons on the home screen are there and i can not seem to get them back. i do not know how to fix it. no one can seem to help me. i dont see how the devices default memory (aka stored on the phone) could be filled if all i have is a mere few names in the address book. but i can not post which apps i am losing becuase of the reasons above. im sorry i know this is weird and i am new to blackberry's

If this is a new phone, I'd say return it -- it could be defective. If it's not new, maybe it has water or moisture damage. Is the battery charged?

What happens when you connect it to your PC?, assuming you have Desktop Manager installed.

Also, have you tried a battery pull? With the BB powered on, remove the battery for 30 seconds and replace.

I would return the device in that case and exchange it for another one. Sounds like it is defective.
