We have just begun to offer BBs to our users. The first few Enterprise Activations were done by way of direct connection to a USB port on the server. However, since we are talking about wirelessness here, I'd like to be able to do Enterprise Activations without the aid of a cable, but we haven't had any luck so far: emails start arriving, but most other desktop options say 'Initialising' forever...well, overnight at least.
Since many of our people travel extensively, the ability to reset BBs remotely would be handy, but it doesn't look like we have that facility. In addition, we will soon be shifting from a test server that sits in my office to a 'proper' server which will reside in our machine room. Popping in there every fifteen minutes to plug in a new BB for Enterprise Activation will get pretty old pretty quickly
We are running BES 18.104.22.168 with Exchange 2003 (all SPs applied). Does the key lie with us and our server, or with our service provider, Orange?
