Welcome to the forums.

What OS is on your device (Options > About)? It should be the 3rd line down.

Also, are you going to m.youtube.com?

Ahh, well there is your problem. You need OS 4.5 to view YouTube videos. You're currently running OS 4.2.

You can get OS 4.5 on your 8320 by following the steps in the link below to the letter. Be patient as it may take up to an hour to upgrade.

Latest OS: 8320 4.5.0.255/4.5.0.162 (EastAsia + English)

Hi,

I have a Curve 8300 (ATT model, unlocked for TMO).
v4.5.0.124 (Platform 2.7.0.92)

I cannot seem to load youtube videos either. A media player comes up but the screen is entirely black.

Can someone offer any insight? Many thanks in advance---

Yes, I have tried both m.youtube.com and regular youtube.com, find a video and I click on "watch video". It opens up Media Player (with the |< play and >| buttons) but the screen just stays blank/black...

when you click on a vid to watch there should be the options to open, save or cancel. click on save then then select a folder on your media card and save to that folder.

When I click on the "options" and select save, it says "unable to save file" =\

Any thoughts on what's wrong with my phone?
