Hello! I just updated my Blackberry Curve to the 4.5 operating system.
Now the picture id function is not working when I get text messages. The picture ID still shows up when I get phone calls or e-mails but when I get text messages, instead of the picture id, I only see a small black square in its place.
I've tried calling Verizon but they have no idea what's wrong. Please help!!! Thank you!!!

Ive never had a picture ID appear when receiving texts.

If you are using the on-board ID built into contacts, you shouldn't get a pic from sms anyways
