First, I just wanted to say I'm sorry for beating a dead horse -- I know this topic has been discussed ad nauseum on every message board out there.
I am a new BlackBerry user. When I recieved my BlackBerry, no 3rd party apps worked. I called Cingular's BlackBerry support line and asked for help and they told me that I needed to purchase a data connect plan. I refused, because I am already paying for "unlimited" BlackBerry, which should include all data on the device. Next, I called my company's own Cingular support/activation number (they are a big Cingular customer and have a dedicated support line). I talked to a guy who worked on the data side and he told me that he would add WAP to my plan because I was already paying for unlimited data. I thanked him repeatedly and told him about how the other guy tried to sell me a data connect plan.
Anyway, to cut to the chase, I now should have unlimited data on my BlackBerry. I am wondering how this should appear on my bill and if someone who has unlimited data can show me. MyCingular.com hasn't been showing anything for the past few days, but finally this morning it started showing data usage. I have attached some screenshots and I am wondering if anyone could compare them to their own experience.
