I have a blackberry tour and the mobile checkbook that I just bought downloaded but said something went wrong with the installation and now it shows some kind of upgrade 4 it but it won't let me do it. What's going on?

What is the name of the program you downloaded? I suspect that it just needs to be updated to work with your new BB.

You need a Tour-compatible version as well. With the newness of the Tour, there are still a lot of programs that have not yet been updated to work with the Tour.
