|  Curve 8900 Tmobile Contacts Problem
Please Login to Remove! Hey gang - new user trying to help a friend.
A buddy of mine has a TMobile 8900 and I have attached a picture of what his device displays whenever he selects his contact list. He is on a corporate BES and one day he went to access his contact list and this is what shows up.
a couple of interesting points:
When he makes or recevied a call, if the caller ID is in the system, it shows the name.
When he tries to dial a number by just typing in a name from the home screen, it does not display any of the contact information.
He does not have different categories in Outlook for the various contacts.
Any help is appreciated. |
